Thomas Tuchel impressed by win over Leicester
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel was very impressed by his Chelsea side’s victory at Leicester and claimed the blues could’ve scored even more than the 3 that they did.
Thomas Tuchel’s & co. are made a return to winning ways after beating Leicester City 3-0 in the Premier League at King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The Premier League leader made the perfect start to the game and found themselves lead inside the 14th minute through Antonio Rudiger.
The Germany international converted Ben Chilwell corner to net a sensational header to give the Blues a deserved lead.
N’Golo Kante doubled the Blues lead in the 28th minute. The Frenchman picked up the ball, and he was just allowed to drive, till close to the box before delivering a left-footed strike.
Edouard Mendy made a brilliant save in the second half of the game before Chelsea’s netted their third goal of the day.
Christian Pulisic, who came off the bench netted the Blues’ third goal after a brilliant cross from Hakim Ziyech.
The USA skipper netted a fantastic goal but was disallowed due to offside. Edouard Mendy also made another brilliant save while Reece James’ scored a lovely goal towards the end of the match but it was disallowed due to offside.
