Singapore SIM Racing Drivers at the Southeast Asian eSports Championship

Over the last few years, the SIM Racing community in Singapore has flourished. Motor Sports Singapore is looking to bring the top representatives from Singapore to participate in this event. Motor Sports Singapore (MSS) is pleased to announce a joint partnership with Singapore Esports Association (SGEA) in selecting the top 2 Singapore SIM Racing Drivers.

The Vietnam Recreational E-sport Association (VIRESA) is hosting the first Southeast Asian eSports Championship (SEA EC) 2021 from 2nd – 6th January 2022. To fight for a prize pool of USD $140,000 for the main tournament, 52 teams from 10 Southeast Asian eSports federations will be competing.

Participants must enter a lap time on the RaceRoom leaderboard, which will be active from December 24, 2021, until January 2, 2022. On January 9, 2022, the top two SIM Racing Drivers from each Southeast Asian country will compete in the final round, which will include both individual and team competitions. On the day of the competition, they will compete in three rounds in the Z-Challenger Audi RS3 in their country’s colours. The winners of the IUEM eRacing GP by RaceRoom will share a prize fund of USD $10,000, and SIM Racing enthusiasts may watch the finals live on the eGG Network.

RaceRoom, a free-to-play racing simulator for Microsoft Windows developed by Sector3 Studios and published by RaceRoom Entertainment AG, will host the competition. No entry fee is required to take part in this event.
