Sinn Spezialuhren introduces two Winter 2022 novelties after celebrating the manufacturer’s 60th anniversary in 2021.
1739 AG B
The eyes are drawn to the electroplated blue dial exquisitely decorated with a sunburst finish. Reduced to a minimum, the design focuses on the essentials – the hour and minute display. The resulting clarity, skilfully combined with the polished, rhodium-plated appliqués meticulously attached by hand, conveys a harmonious overall appearance.
It was therefore only logical for SINN to capture the elegance of this two-handed watch in a case made of a special material: 935 Argentium* silver alloy. The advantage of this over traditional precious metal is that rather than tarnishing and blackening like normal silver, Argentium* forms a protective germanium oxide surface layer. This layer considerably slows down the tarnishing process. Instead, a golden hue develops, which can be removed with an Argentium* care cloth.
And because SINN knows that looking at the mechanics of the movement is just as important as looking at the dial for many watch lovers, they have equipped the 1739 Ag B with a transparent back made of sapphire crystal glass. Therefore, just as much attention can be devoted to the fascinating movement as to the watch dial.
This exceptionally beautiful timepiece comes in an elegant case containing two Argentium* care cloths. This, in addition to the fact that the watch is water-resistant and pressure-resistant up to 10 bar as well as resistant to low pressure, ensures long-lasting enjoyment of an exceptional timepiece.
SINN 1739 Ag B retails for SGD 4,320.
When it comes to its features, this diving chronograph is one of the most traditional and yet technically advanced timekeeping instruments.
The EZM 13.1 thus knows exactly what matters during use: a focus on the key essentials in terms of outstanding readability. To this end, SINN has integrated a factory modification with high functional value into the SINN chronograph movement SZ02. To enable the elapsed times to be read quickly and intuitively, the EZM 13.1 features a 60-minute counter at 6 o’clock instead of a (generally customary) 30-minute counter. It is distinguished by an optimised dial design. To enable clearer readability, the Arabic numerals have been omitted on the EZM 13.1. This adds an optical enhancement to its technically functional focus.
For the highest levels of mechanical stability and durability against external influences, they have equipped the EZM 13.1 with a technology package consisting of Magnetic Field Protection, Ar-Dehumidifying Technology and Temperature Resistance Technology. The independent classification company DNV verifies and certifies the water resistance and pressure resistance of the EZM 13.1 as well as its functionality in accordance with the European diving equipment standards.
SINN EZM 13.1 retails for SGD 4,870.
