Al Ittihad are willing to go higher to try and change Liverpool‘s mind before tonight’s 11 p.m. deadline, with the Saudi Pro League window open until 7 September.
The club has maintained they don’t want to sell the Egyptian, with Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp doubling down on that narrative in his press conference on Friday.
Klopp: “The position remains the same, absolutely,” he said. “There’s no doubt about that.”
In the meantime, Mo Salah has just left Liverpool’s training ground!
Al-Ittihad also made an official astronomical offer for Mohamed Salah!
A contract until June 2027 is on the table worth €500M-€600M.
The deal includes three years of image rights for the role of ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
Mo will move if Liverpool agrees to let him leave.

Manchester United has reached the agreement to sign Sofyan Amrabat on a season loan plus a buy clause from Fiorentina

Sofyan Amrabat is a new Manchester United player, Confirmed.
The loan deal on €10m fee plus a buy clause for June 2024 is worth €20m plus €5m add-ons if Man United want Sofyan to stay on the long term.
Amrabat is permitted to travel and he is on the way to Manchester shortly after his medical test.
In a bid to speed up the process, Amrabat is already undergoing his medical ahead of a move to England.
Red Devils are ‘all-in’ with the Italian club ‘ready to accept’ an offer.
Amrabat is currently ‘undergoing a medical’ at the San Rossore clinic in Pisa ‘on behalf’ of United.
AS Roma has reached an agreement to sign Romelu Lukaku on a season-long loan

Official, confirmed. Romelu Lukaku joins AS Roma on a loan deal until June 2023.
No buy option clause included — back to Chelsea next summer.

David de Gea launched his own eSports company known as Rebels Gaming

Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea becomes the next player to enter the eSports industry by starting an organization of his own.
Recently, ex-Manchester United’s number one goalkeeper David de Gea announced the creation of an eSports organization called Rebels Gaming.
According to Rebels Gaming’s first press release, the organization will participate in three disciplines
including League of Legends, Valorant, and Rainbow Six Siege.
