In our latest update talk cock sessions, we look at the latest club news for Jadon Sancho, Richarlison, Lucas Paqueta, Kalvin Phillips, Evan Ferguson, Timo Werner, and Antony, gossip, and highlights that have football fans from over the world buzzing with excitement.

Manchester United’s Jadon Sancho and Tottenham forward Richarlison may leave for Saudi Arabia this January

Manchester United and Tottenham could receive offers from Saudi clubs this winter.

Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho and Tottenham forward Richarlison are being targeted for moves to Saudi Arabia in the January transfer window.

The Saudi Pro League is currently finalising financing for the next transfer window, but clubs are already eyeing a new assault on the Premier League in the new year.

With stellar long-term targets Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-min almost certainly unavailable mid-season, Sancho and Richarlison are emerging as top targets for Saudi clubs in January.

Sancho and Richarlison were both the subject of Saudi interest towards the end of the summer transfer window, but the United winger showed no inclination of wanting to make the move and Tottenham were not interested in allowing their Brazilian to leave.

It remains to be seen whether either stance will have shifted, but Saudi clubs are ready to test the water again ahead of the January window.

Manchester City are still being linked with a move for West Ham forward Lucas Paqueta as the Brazilian continues to impress

After failing to land Brazilian forward Lucas Paqueta from West Ham in the summer, Manchester City could come back in for the player as he continues to impress.

West Ham’s 26-year-old Brazilian playmaker looked set to move to the Etihad in August before his dream transfer came crumbling down.

He has continued to be selected by David Moyes since and he has continued his stunning form this term for the East End outfit.

Paqueta has scored four goals and produced one assist in his 15 outings and that has been enough to catch the eye of Pep Guardiola again.

Liverpool’s interest in Kalvin Phillips could be rekindled in the future

Liverpool are not believed to be considering a fresh move for Kalvin Phillips this January but they could be interested if he continues to struggle at Manchester City.

Liverpool is unlikely to make a move for Kalvin Phillips in January – even though Pep Guardiola effectively opened the door for them to do so at the weekend.”

Phillips, 26, has struggled to make an impact since joining Manchester City last summer and was heavily linked with a move to Anfield in the build-up to the 2023/24 campaign. Liverpool would eventually turn their attention to other midfield targets, but talk of their interest in Phillips has failed to subside.

Guardiola made it clear that he would never prevent one of his players from joining a title rival ahead of City’s thrilling 4-4 draw with Chelsea on Sunday; comments which could be construed as a green light for Liverpool to firm up their interest in the England star.

While Klopp may not be in the market for a defensive midfielder in January, the Liverpool chief could keep monitoring Phillips if his minutes continue to be restricted with the champions. Klopp has made no secret of his admiration for the former Leeds United maestro and singled him out following a 3-0 win at Elland Road back in September 2021.

Brighton & Hove Albion forward Evan Ferguson looks set to stay on the south coast

Evan Ferguson has signed a new long-term contract with Brighton, ending speculation in the short term of a move to Manchester United and other Premier League sides.

Highly-rated striker Evan Ferguson has signed a new contract with Brighton and Hove Albion which ties him to the club until 2029.

The 19-year-old Republic of Ireland international has extended his existing deal with the Seagulls, amid reports that other Premier League clubs were tracking his progress.

Ferguson joined Brighton from Irish side Bohemians in January 2021 and made his first-team debut later that year in a Carabao Cup tie against Cardiff.

Timo Werner could be let go by RB Leipzig

RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner has dropped down the pecking order now he is back in the Bundesliga, and his current club may listen to offers.

Chelsea flop Timo Werner is set to be dumped by RB Leipzig – barely a year after they paid £25 million to re-sign him.

The Blues paid Leipzig £47m for the German striker in 2020 after he shone for the Bundesliga club.

However, Werner managed just 10 goals in 56 Premier League games before returning two summers ago.

He has started just three league games this season for Leipzig and was an unused sub in Sunday’s 3-1 win over Freiburg.

Werner is coach Marco Rose’s fourth choice behind fellow strikers Lois Openda, Benjamin Sesko and Yussuf Poulsen.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s arrival could see Antony leave Manchester United as soon as January

Antony could leave Manchester United in January when Sir Jim Ratcliffe arrives at Old Trafford.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe could wield the axe on Antony in the New Year in the wake of the Manchester United forward’s poor form.

Ratcliffe will be in control of sporting operations at Old Trafford should his £1.3billion proposal for a 25 per cent minority stake in the club be ratified in the coming days. And the Ineos chief is already sketching out plans to overhaul United both on and off the pitch.

After dazzling in the Eredivisie under Ten Hag at Ajax, Antony became United’s marquee signing last summer in a deal worth £82m. The Brazilian winger has failed to replicate the form that captured United’s attention in Amsterdam, though.
