Conor Gallagher may have to consider his future at Chelsea amid interest from Tottenham

Tottenham are keen on Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher, who has a year and a half left on his current deal at Stamford Bridge.

However, the player does not want to leave Chelsea despite fresh terms not being agreed for his future.

Gallagher has 18 months left on his deal and has become a regular under Pochettino with 24 appearances this season.

But it has not stopped speculation linking him with a move away from Stamford Bridge in the summer, with Tottenham interested.

Gallagher does not want to leave his boyhood club but his future has been discussed by ex-Spurs manager Pochettino.

Mauricio Pochettino has held talks with Conor Gallagher to discuss the midfielder’s future at Chelsea.

The 23-year-old could reportedly be sold for FFP reasons in January, with Tottenham said to be long-term admirers but put off by Chelsea’s £50m valuation.

Gallagher, 23, has 18 months left on his current deal and wants to stay at Stamford Bridge but Chelsea could yet end up cashing in as they look to strengthen their squad in January.

Chelsea boss Pochettino has made Gallagher a big part of his plans and clearly, the manager rates the England international even if uncertainty remains.

Gallagher has even worn the armband on occasion this season and is loved by the fanbase because he has been at the club since he was eight, is a boyhood fan and has made it plain he wants to stay.

The midfielder knows all about Chelsea’s history as perennial winners of cup competitions and Pochettino has been brought in to win silverware.

Arsenal will find it tough to sign Everton midfielder Amadou Onana this winter

Despite Everton’s willingness to sell despite their financial problems in recent years, Arsenal need to balance the books themselves.

Arsenal are yet to open talks with Everton over a potential deal for Amadou Onana.

While the 22-year-old midfield powerhouse is a player that has been tracked by the Gunners, there has been no active movement regarding a January transfer at this moment in time. Reports in Belgium have been peddling that discussions are now underway between the two clubs but Mirror Football understands that is not the case.

It is no secret that Arsenal have been hamstrung by Financial Fair Play regulations following a £208million transfer spree last summer and their net spend has amounted to nearly £400million in the past three calendar years. They are therefore operating diligently this month.

As such, a big-money transfer for Onana does not currently seem feasible – even if he would immediately improve their options in the middle of the park.

NO Real Madrid-Mbappe agreement yet

Kylian Mbappe’s entourage have insisted there is no agreement in place with Real Madrid.

There have been conflicting reports in recent days, with some outlets claiming Mbappe to Real Madrid has been agreed given the PSG striker is now free to sign a pre-contract deal with clubs outside of France.

Mbappe is unhappy with Real’s offer and is subsequently considering a move to the Premier League, prompting RMC Sport to receive intel from the player’s entourage.

There is no agreement around Kylian’s future, especially as discussions have not started…

Nothing can influence the timing of Kylian’s discussion, reflection or decision. Like two years ago, Kylian Mbappe remains the ‘master of the clocks’, to use the expression dear to Emmanuel Macron.

Despite FC Bayern trying to hijack Radu Dragusin from Spurs, the Romanians chose Tottenham

Official, confirmed. Radu Dragusin joins Tottenham on €30m deal from Genoa — a contract valid for the next 6 years.

After a crazy transfer saga, Spurs have their new number 6.
