Rodri will be offered a new mega deal to keep him at Manchester City for the rest of his career

Manchester City will offer a deal to Rodri in a bid to keep the midfielder at the Etihad for the remainder of his career. Understand City will offer the 27-year-old a “megabucks pay hike”.

Manchester City are planning to hand Rodri a megabucks pay hike that will effectively keep him at the Etihad for life.

The Spanish midfielder, who still has three years left on the deal he signed in 2022, is seen by many as the key figure in Pep Guardiola’s all-star cast.

Now City top brass want to recognise that with an extension which will see him join the champions’ high earners.

Rodri, 27, is currently on around £180,000 a week but the new offer will see that rocket into the £300,000 bracket.

Yet City are in no rush to get the deal done and talks will not be on the agenda until the quest for a second successive Treble is over.

But they intend to sit down with Rodri when he returns from the summer break and hope to add a couple more years to his current terms, taking him up to the age of 32.

Neymar is ready to rejoin Santos when his contract at Al-Hilal expires

Neymar will return to his former club Santos when his contract is up at Al Hilal.

The Brazilian striker is out injured at the moment and has another season on his current deal.

The 32-year-old currently plays for Al Hilal after moving to the Middle East from PSG for £78m last summer, but he is already eyeing his next move after a nightmare year in Saudi Arabia.

Neymar made just five appearances for the club before suffering an ACL injury while on international duty with Brazil in October that ruled him out for the season.

While he recovers from his long-term injury, Neymar has returned to Brazil and he was given the honour of carrying the Campeonato Paulista trophy onto the pitch ahead of the first leg of Santos’ final against Palmeiras on Sunday.

Neymar entered the Santos dressing room and vowed to return to the club in 2025.

Inter have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United striker Anthony Martial “for nothing”

Inter Milan have been offered the chance to sign Manchester United striker Anthony Martial “for nothing.

The 28-year-old has not played since the start of December and with his contract due to expire in the summer, there has been much speculation about his future.

Manchester United flop Anthony Martial has reportedly been offered to Inter Milan as the French striker prepares to leave Old Trafford this summer.

The Serie A leaders Inter have been offered the chance to sign Martial for nothing.

Inter will evaluate the merits of signing him but isn’t their No. 1 striker target.

The major drawback is Martial’s chequered injury record, with constant setbacks preventing him from achieving his full potential at United.

Tottenham “have offered Tanguy Ndombele to Galatasaray for just £4.3 million” in a desperate bid to get the midfielder off their books

In a bid to get the midfielder off their books, Tottenham “have offered Tanguy Ndombele to Galatasaray for just £4.3 million.

The 27-year-old is currently on loan at the Turkish giants but has only started three matches this calendar year.

Last year reports in Turkey claimed Ndombele clashed with Galatasaray boss Okan Buruk, who wanted the Frenchman to lose weight.

The ex-Lyon star has struggled to impress following a series of fitness struggles, crushing Tottenham’s hopes of recouping the money they spent on him in 2019.

Ndombele was loaned to Galatasaray for the season with the Turkish side having the option to buy the midfielder permanently for £11m.

But Buruk’s side rejected to pay that amount for the 27-year-old who has only played 650 minutes of football this season.

Spurs have offered Tanguy Ndombele to Galatasaray for €5M after they decided against activating their €15M option to sign the midfielder permanently.

And it does not look promising as the claim also stated Galatasaray are likely to turn this one down as well.
